Day 1 Rider Recap - Super Girl Surf Pro

The sun was out and excitement was high for the first day of Super Girl Longboard competitiion at the Super Girl Surf Pro in Oceanside, CA, the largest annual women’s surf competition. Delilah Safran placed 2nd in amatuer qualifying heat to advance to finish in the Round of 32, surfing her first professional heat at this particular event. Cash Hoover and Luella Pace advanced to Round 16 with 2nd place in their respective heats. Defending champion Summer Romero took 1st in her Round 32 heat taking all the momentum into Finals Day. Let’s go team Mamala and see you tomorrow morning at 8am when competition resumes!
